Lumateq products are all carefully tested and inspected to ensure optimal levels of performance.
Lumateq warrants to the original purchaser of Lumateq lights (LB100, LB130, BL160, LB40N, LB56N, LC40, LC52, LW40, LW52, LW96) to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase and accessories (mounts and rock guard) to be free from factory defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Should they be proven defective in material or workmanship (excluding cosmetic wear and tear of the accessory and cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect the operation of the fixture) within the three to five years of original purchase, they will be repaired or replaced without charge, subject to the performance guarantees stated in this warranty.
This warranty is void if product has been damaged by neglect, unreasonable use, improper service and failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
Lumateq's liability and purchaser's exclusive remedy for damages shall not be greater than the purchase price of the actual product claimed to be defective and Lumateq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, present or prospective profits, reliance expenditures or commitments, reputation, goodwill or claims of third parties.
During this warranty period, your Lumateq product will either be repaired or replaced without charges to the original purchaser, when returned prepaid and insured with proof of purchase date. This warranty covers repair or replacement costs and freight back to the original purchaser-consumer.
For prompt warranty service, contact the Lumateq Warranty Department to receive your Warranty Tracking/Authorization Number. Please note, dated proof of purchase must accompany all Lumateq products returned to the Lumateq Warranty Department.
